Went there to get chicken strips was out and said they wouldn't cook any because they was fixing on closing. I called to see when they closed told me dining room 9 and drive thru 10 I went to the drive thru at 9 o clock that was an hour before closing. Pretty lazy people working if u ask me that didn't want to do there job.. VERY SAD THIS WAS AT THE LIETCHFILED LOCATION NEEDLESS TO SAY WILL NEVER GO BACK..
Love your chicken the best
Service is very poor, buffet is not kept clean and tables aren't cleaned as they should be. The buffet isn't kept stocked and a lot of times the food looks like it's been there for a while.
Just ate at KFC in leitchfield, ky (9/6/14). The place was chaos, at least six people working, but no one at the counter taking orders...took us 10 minutes to be waited on (inside counter) and there was no one else in line...ordered a combo and 15 minutes later, still no food after watching 3 orders after mine go out the door. Could not find a clean table, so we cleaned our own. No paper towels in restroom and no dryer...needs serious management help! But, at least the chicken was good!
