This KFC can be really great or really horrible. I placed an order for pickup and got the traditional screen that said 5-15 mins, I probably got there 20 mins after that and was told it would be 10 more mins on crispy chicken - I only ordered an 8 piece meal. So I left went and got gas and came back then was told it would be 12 more mins cause they thought the crispy had been dropped and hadn’t. We had a great experience at KFC! Logan, the manager, greeted us as soon as we walked in and personally took our order. He was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel appreciated as customers. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service was incredibly fast, the restaurant was clean, and they had some great deals that made the meal an even better value. We’ll definitely be back!
Rude staff and food always takes forever and typically stale biscuits. Such a bummer bc I love kfc usually.
Potato wedges ha ha. They were days old flat pieces of something.
