This KFC has gone downhill very quickly. Three of my last four orders from there were wrong. They took care of ONLY one of them by writing my name in a book, so I’ve got that going for me. 🫡 That’s a joke in more ways than one. This last time they completely forgot a whole bucket of my chicken. The past few times I have went to this location has been awful. I usually order a Large dr pepper with 6 shots of vanilla, im charged extra for the extra vanilla but im only getting maybe 1 shot of vanilla in my drink. Its ridiculous. Only 3 out of 10 times ive been, I have actually gotten the extra vanilla. Extremely disappointing.
Oooohhhh how dare you guys serve me raw chicken ?!!!! I waited 45 mins for you guys to cook the wings and you still end up giving me the old chicken and undercooked at that . I didn’t realize it was undercooked until I looked down at my food . You guys really need to be ashamed of yourself . I definitely will be contacting corporate about this matter .
