Very poor customer service. The employee was yelling and forgot our drink.
My family just came from Alabama. We didn't eat at the KFC because it wasn't like we remembered. The KFC in Louisville was fantastic. I couldn't believe how good everything tasted. The staff was great, good prices, we will definitely eat there again.
I work hard and only have a 30min lunch break and I ordered my meal at 2:12pm and at 2:30pm I was still waiting so I asked for my refund and I went to Popeyes down the street that gave me fast service.
Took over an hour for my mobile order. Showed up 30 minutes after placing it and was told there would still be a 30 min wait. Got food and was still missing sides. Door was locked in lobby around 530 while I was waiting for my food. Had to go through drive thru after waiting over an hour on my food to get my sides. Neither lobby or drive thru were busy.
