Skip this KFC franchise- Terrible experience all around... Made a mobile order from this franchise at ~5 pm; for pickup at 6:15pm. Arrived at 6pm; waited until ~7pm before Server confirm (Yes I asked for update twice before) that my order will not be ready until 7:45pm. Decided not to wait and ask Server for refund. Server said online order can only be cancelled via the App. Took until 8:30+pm waiting for the App to get through a Rep. Tried to go today august 12th at 11am and the doors were locked but staff was inside and then I went to drive thru and never got greeted. Disappointing experience.
I didn't even order because I arrived at 840pm and their dining room was locked. I was in a semi and was told drive thru is only open, but the door sign said they close at 9pm. I was told I can order through the app. I drove away because why was the dining closed before the time it should of been. Also it's not right to give the food the 1 star since I never got any.
