The food is way better at this location. My last kfc order in radcliff was so atrocious I avoided eating at kfc. This is the perfect place for solid cheap chicken sides were really good mac n cheese bland but nothing do to the workers there. Thanks for such a great food experience!
Second time visiting this location after another bad experience, and this one sealed it for me. Placed an order using a T-Mobile Tuesday deal, got charged, and received a notification that my food was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t even have the food to make it. So the system is allowing orders for items that aren’t actually available and sending out false pickup confirmations. That’s a major issue and a waste of customers’ time.
