My recent visit to KFC was honestly frustrating from start to finish. The wait time was way longer than expected, even though there weren’t many people ahead of me. It felt like the staff was disorganized and not in any hurry to get orders out. When I finally got my food, it was a letdown. The chicken was greasy and not as crispy as it should be, and some pieces were barely warm. The sides didn’t help either. Whoever made the sides don’t need to do it anymore
