Attention to service is very lacking

I just went and got food from there they left off of a piece of chicken from my order and when I called they would not answer the phone
They had a sign up upon entering that they were Short staffed to use kiosk. I ordered extra crispy chicken it was the original and hasmd been sitting out, the biscuits were not completely done. I did not enjoy the visit.
After so many complaints about this KFC; they're finally serving good, hot, fresh food! The chicken was juicy, Crispy & really tasty. The mashed potatoes & gravy were very good also. Keep it up.
