The managers are very rude & lie to cover their tracks when they are wrong. The building is infested with roaches & there are earwigs in the drink machines. The employees hardly wash their hands, barely use gloves & touch ready-to-serve food with their bare hands all the time, including the manager Lishan. Absolutely horrible staff, super lazy and rude. Will tell you one second, then not take your order at all, in 10 entire minutes
This is the slowest place I have ever been too… been waiting in line for almost over 15-20 minutes to order and they taking orders 1 by 1 I understand if they were short handed but I work at a fast food place also so they could have told everyone though instead of letting them wait there…
