I went to KFC in Hartsville for the first time, this week. I specifically ordered a 3 piece chicken (Crispy) meal with green beans and potatoes with the gravy on the side. Several times the worker mentioned two piece. I said no 3 piece. He asked for my receipt. Here is what I got. NO GRAVY, only two pieces of chicken and corn. And he kept my receipt. I didn’t care that it took 30 min. To get the food. But I told this guy repeatedly that it was a 3 piece chicken meal.

The guy in the drive thru was prompt, personable, and polite. Order was correct and food was fresh.
