So I don’t know why on the website it says my order would be ready in 5-10 minutes then I get to the window and im told it will take 20 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken.

There were only 2 people working. We were told when we approached the counter by our cashier it would be about a 20 -30 minute wait because there were only 2 of them there and they were trying to catch up/clear out the drive thru. My family of 3 was dining in. ( I always thought you should take care of the person/persons in front of you first).Instead we were left standing at the counter. Food was served in boxes while we had told cashier we were dining in. Atmosphere was very nice and clean. Food was fresh and hot.

You will pull up to this location with NOBODY IN THE DRIVE THROUGH and they will tell you to wait to take your order and have an attitude in addition to it LOL I don’t even normally leave a review but the experience was absolute garbage it’s literally just majority CHICKEN an it’s not hard to service one person at a time this location is literally NEVER BUSY!!

If I could give a lower score I would I came and got food for me and my daughter on my break and they was rude and food was not even properly cooked I called when I noticed and when I called the store I was told I was lying so now I have to spend additional money because they won’t refund me for their mistake don’t go here not to mention her apple sauce has mold on it need health department called on them!!!!
