Food was cold and tasted old employees were rude

Made an oder on the app. The 8 piece bucket was hot but soaked in grease so all the skin was a soggy mess. The mikes hot honey chicken strips were tiny and two were not edible bc they were full of grissle. They also were not fresh. The mikes hot honey chicken sandwich was also not worth it. It also was not fresh. If I could give zero stars on the food I would.
Horrible food and horrible customer service. This place took my order, I asked several times for crispy longer cooked fries, I got limp smushy fries. Then after I refused the items because they where not cooked correctly I was denied a refund... How absolutely horrible can these employees be? From my end they are deplorable. Cost of fast food is too high to play around with people and the money they give you. AND GET THIS THEY HAVE A LITTLE STICKER ON THE WINDOW THAT SAYS NO REFUNDS... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
