Waited in the drive thru 20 min for the kids at the window to take 1 order and serve it. When I finally placed my order for a famous bowl it was less than half filled when I got home. Get it together KFC gaston. What a waist of time and money
Recently i’ve been coming here and they’re always out of at least SOMETHING. Tried making a mobile order last week and it wouldn’t allow me and said they were closing early cause they were OUT OF STUFF. This is the nearest kfc but id much rather drive an extra 25 mins to the one on garners ferry, much better service, very nice staff and never out of stuff.
lady at windows acts like she can’t hear had to repeat order 4 times terrible attitude could do way better . worst customer service ever
