The food quality is pretty bad. The chicken is always soft or has an old taste. I wasn't able to eat my order today due to the horrible taste.
Hated the crap music...food was ok, the pickles were like eating rubber ... service was really, really slow.
Employees are exceptional and the restaurant is clean. The food the last 5 months has been not so great. The chicken has gotten almost 3 times smaller and most of the time I get double side order of fries.. let me tell you whoever is doing the fries should be retrained.... I always receive them drenched in oil. They definitely aren't draining them... Like at all....... It's ruined my last 2 meals. Other than that it's ok
Waiting in line for 30 mins to see everyone outside and young lady hanging out of the window talking to someone
They close way before they supposed to all the time
