Jay at this location was awesome very professional and helpful . My Fiancé ordered food at a different location and I had to pick up my food at this location on East Silver Springs where I met Jay I asked her If she could remake some fries because I had to Drive across town, and fires Were cold, she answered by saying yes I just have to say a wonderful employee Great customer service
In the last month I have gone to this KFC and they have been out of ice for the drinks and sweet tea. Plus they didn’t give me straws for my no ice drinks… not to mention they didn’t even say thank you. I don’t know what is or isn’t going on at this restaurant but management needs to be aware of the issues and get them corrected.
I Have tried to call multiple times just to ask a question before I drive all the way up there and they are literally picking up the phone and hanging it up on me. I called 3x and they picked up and hung up every time. Whoever is running this establishment needs to have a conversation with the staff.
Ohhhh when you have that craving for chicken, KFC was a great quick way to go. Delicious chicken with sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits and coleslaw. Will definitely go there again.
