Normally I give this place 5 stars because it's better than most Charlotte locations then they made me wait 5 minutes for an online order I did 35+ minutes ago. What's the point of doing scheduled pickups if you don't respect the pickup time. Please make it make sense
I ordered on the app from the wrong location and the manager ( Cesserin) was awesome and filled my order anyways
Good clean store. Friendly workers as well! Very pleased with my visit at this location.
