I placed a mobile order at 5:35 PM and received a message at 5:44 PM letting me know my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was told that someone else had already picked up my order. I was then informed they were waiting on fries and that it would only be a 3-minute wait. After waiting significantly longer, I asked to speak with a manager. I’m giving 2 stars because the food quality is great but the service at the drive through window was terrible on 7/19. I didn’t have all parts of my order which I told the guy at the drive through. He continues to look at me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Waited an extra 5 minutes on a lemonade and then one of my sides was wrong. I didn’t ask y’all to come to work, you don’t have to be rude especially if I’m being courteous and spending my money. I knew finding help is scarce but again, I’m not a nasty custome... read more
