The food is good. But what turns me off the most is the DISGUSTING SODA AND SWEET TEA! I can never be satisfied with their drink station. I dump out the Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, and Tea. The best one I can tolerate is Mountain Dew which I’m not the biggest fan. It’s even disgusting. Idk if I’ll come back tbh. I am so unhappy today with this place. I can’t enjoy my food without a decent beverage. And they are so gross. Every drink I got I could NOT DO IT
Ordered food and waited the 30 min it said to wait. App said order was ready. When I went to the counter the employee who seemed very underworked said it'd be at least 20 min and disappeared.
Told would be 20 minutes for breasts. Asked if they had tenders. Probably should have asked if there were any cooked. Waited 20 for tenders. The workers didn't seem to be in a mode to fill orders. Very nonchalant.
My family has always loved KFC, but in the 7 times we have ATTEMPTED to eat at the West State Location this year, every single time we have been told it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait. It never mattered if we ordered ahead in the app, arrived at or after the pick up time from the online order, it was the same thing, another 45 minute wait.
