Been standing at the counter for 10 minutes to pick up a Togo order only for them to come to the counter and tell me it'll be 15 minutes till it's ready. The order was placed 15 minutes before I got there.
My boyfriend went to pick us up a 8 piece chicken bucket that was on sale. I made a mobile order and it took over a hour. I ordered dark meat and they had it in stock. They told him it would take another 30 minutes to make the dark meat even though he waited an hour and they gave us white meat instead. He asked can you give us free food since I waited an hour I’m late for work. The employee told him sorry we can’t do that. He was so mad and I don’t blame him. We won’t be going there anymore.
