Went thru drive thru 7/19/2025. Guy thru intercom already had attitude. Tried ordering g food. We have ordered the same thing several times, 12 piece no wings said we would pay the difference for the change. Guy cane back rude! WE ONLY DO 2 WING CHANGE! YOUR STULL GOING TO GET ONE! So rude!!!! We drive off! #1. Don't start off being rude! #2. Dint come back at us saying we are still going to get 1 wing regardless the substitution! I can see why there is a 3.2 star rating!
I went in this morning and had a personal request with my order and they went above and beyond for me. Especially the lovely lady that was working back and drive thru. Thanks!!! I will definitely be back.. also the best freshest cooked food.
Apparently asking for all dark meat isn't allowed so won't be coming back
