Oh, where do I even begin with this finger-lickin’ fiasco? So, I ordered through the KFC app — you know, the one that boldly promises efficiency and convenience, as if Colonel Sanders himself were back there lovingly hand-breading my chicken with southern grace. The app said my order would be ready at 5:45 PM, which apparently was more of a suggestion than a commitment, because at 6:05, it claimed my food was ready. Lies. Pure, greasy lies. Terrible customer service at the drive -thru , young lady had an attitude.
Ordered on the app. Order was rejected. Placed order again. When we got home with food (3 maybe 4 miles) it was cold and not correct. Shorted 2 pieces of chicken and I am pretty sure the nuggets were short. Check your order before leaving!!
Sat at drive thru for a very long time..no one responded..drove to pick up window and no one was present..went inside and 5 employees were just standing around doing nothing..placed my order it was wrong..while I was waiting for the order to be corrected the phone rang and it was apparently someone in the drive thru asking why no one was helping ..5 cars in line..!!! Absolutely terrible service and work attitude..Will not be revisting this store...
