Food was nasty and cold. Asked for fresh fries and took them more than 20 minutes while the employees sat on their phone in the lobby. I will never go back. I hope they close it🤷♀️
Drive thru customers likely get the worst of the food at this location. Check your order before you pull away !! My Fill-Up box contained the scrawniest tenders ever, plus they were dry & not terribly fresh. No Utensils or Napkins in the bag so impossible to eat my side item. The hot fresh biscuit was delicious & the service was adequate.
Customer service and communication is non existent. They made a customer behind me leave the drive thru saying they close at 10 when the hours state 10:30 on the window and website also kept telling them they were out of anything the customer asked for. They over cooked my nacho fries the seasoning was even somehow burnt. If I wanted hard to bite glass crisp fries I would have asked. I was given my famous bowls without a lid and with seran wrap not even fully sealing them. Absolutely disgusted by the service and food safety ... read more
Now this is a nice KFC restaurant and Taco Bell. Awesome customer service fresh chicken that was dropped at 9:30 at night. Much better than the Restaurant in Laurens.
