Placed a order for 8 pc family meal food moldy and had mildew on chicken ,couldn’t believe what I was looking at very disappointed and won’t be going back there
Chicken had mold and mildew on it
I have loved eating KFC since I was a kid. Today I ordered an Uber Eat and my food arrived all frozen. The chicken I ordered was not the same. I ordered it crispy and it arrived original. Apart from that, there were supposed to be two plates of food and I only received one. The one I received only had one piece of chicken and it was supposed to be three pieces. I hope all this can be resolved if one day they decide to change people or the manager.
The food was ok. The service was average.
After tonight‘s ordeal, I’ll never be eating at this location again I waited 15 minutes outside of the restaurant for a mobile order just to get in line to pick up my mobile order and be told that it will be a 10 minute wait on chicken. No, hello no greeting no good evening. The first thing out of the order takers mouth was there is a10 minute wait on chicken. I didn’t even order chicken. I got chicken strips.
