I had a very disappointing experience at the KFC on Roosevelt. I went in for lunch with a coworker, and as soon as we walked in, an employee was loudly singing and going back and forth with the manager about it. It felt very unprofessional and we were completely ignored at first. They turn off the lights even when they are open to get less people to come up this nasty filthy place
This place has horrible service. 5 star horrible
Was told to park and wait 10 minutes because they were dropping "fresh" wedges. But I get home and try them, they were hard, dry and taste like they've been sitting out since this morning. Not fresh at all and it could break teeth. This is the 3rd time ive tried them and ill never come back because they obviously dont care about the quality of their food or customer happiness.
I love the double concept for the variety and I usually deal with the RGM who is great today my cashier Adrianna was super sweet and took time to explain the new taco bell promo
