Errors twice in a row, last time shorted me 2 biscuits and this time didnt include any BBQ sauce with the expensive 5 tenders. Horrible and wont be going back
Employees behind the counter Eating &drinking Being very loud and unprofessional Wish I'd of just went to chicfila atleast I know my chicken would be fresh there unlike at kfc/taco bell
So I drove 30min to this KFC for them to tell me we are not taking any orders because we have 10 delivery orders. Also when asked for a corporate number we don’t have one. This cashier and whom ever told me to come on google to find the number are so unprofessional and rude. An need to taught how to handle customer complaints and ask in a professional manner.
