Terrible service and rude employees
This place is ok I guess it's all depends who working there that cause sometimes the food is good and at times it's not
Wow.. I am fine if KFC goes out of business now. This has to be the worst chicken place now. I ate there yesterday (1/5/26) and was the worst food I've had in a long time- felt nauseous after eating there. Krystal's is even better and that's not saying much.
We waited over 20 minutes for our drive-through order and were asked to pull to the side because it would “be out in a minute.” After continuing to wait, we went inside to check on our order and found the staff standing around talking about what they received for Christmas. When my husband asked about our food, they said they didn’t know which car the order belonged to. This was extremely frustrating and shows a lack of organization and customer care.
