I stopped in this particular kfc in Clearwater sc to order my normal 4 piece big box. But since I was riding my motorcycle, and I needed to use the facilities, I decided to go inside. Once inside I went to the bathroom and noticed the door were locked. So I went to the counter and waited for someone to service me. No one came. Excellent service
I'm hoping these were just unfortunate flukes, and if so, I'll eventually update the review. But last week, I ordered a 3 piece meal, got home, only had two pieces. Called the restaurant and the manager said I could pick up another any time. Went today at 4:15 and placed an order, mentioned the chicken. No problems. Got to the window and asked if I could add one side. The young girl said she couldn't add anything at the window.
