Fast service every time I visit this location. Food has always been better than expected. Clean restaurant.
Had my meal delivered and it took 35 minutes to get here after it was picked up. Needless to say, my food was cold. Driver was not pleasant at all. Normally I would give it a thumbs up. Not this day.
I placed an online order and upon arrival at my home, I discovered that there were NO sides in my bag. I tried calling several times to alert the store of the issue and no one ever picked up. I am deeply disappointed that I had to write a review instead of speaking with a person.
Went thru Drive thru, ordered unsweetened tea, got sweetened tea. This happens alot. They do NOT listen. I will NEVER return and will take my business elsewhere. You hire incompetent people. I hope your business goes belly up as you cheat your customers. Also there was no ice my tea. This is the second time. They didn't even tell me there was no ice. Plus they do not speak up that you can hear them on the order line.
Didnt have madhers at the time but was super friendly about it. Even though not buying they were really polite. I'd go back
