Placed my order online and arrived about 8 minutes after I placed it. The fries were disgusting. They were stale and hard and cold. I ordered coleslaw on my chicken sliders, didnt get it and the soda was flat. I drove all the way out there because of how bad the KFC on Broad River is and this one was worse. Absolutely disappointing.
It says a lot about a company when they leave a pothole right in the direct path of every single customer that goes to the drive-through at their store. It's been there for a long time and it's got awful and it's almost impossible to dodge. Please fix the pothole at the drive-through. Thank you the chicken was good at least. But when you leave that pothole there you're just saying screw me and my car.

I made an order online and sat at the front waiting to be greeted for at least ten minutes but they were busy and my order wasn’t ready yet so I leave and come back and my order still isn’t ready. Still no one greeted me, I had to asked to be helped and still waited another at least 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I understand they were understaffed but it doesn’t excuse having to wait an hour for an order placed online.
I was excited to try the twisters that came back so ordered my family a meal plus me a twister. Had my kids in the car so glanced in the bag and it looked good overall in comparison to what I ordered so went home.... I unbagged my items to find out my twister was not in there! 😭 I had to feed and get my kids ready for school the next day so I did what would have been easiest for me at the time and call....several times and no answer so I'm just out a twister that I paid for and was eager to eat!
