They were out of the chicken I wanted and had a 25 min wait. Bad planning at 6pm. When they have food ready they are good.
Placed my order on line. As I was pulling up my phone notified me my order was ready. I pulled up to drive thru speaker told the lady I'd placed my order on line, was asked my name then was told to wait. After a wait I was told to pull up to the front door cause my food wasn't ready yet. The six chicken wings I bought today weren't fresh; after eating them, I felt unwell and ended up with diarrhea.
I tried to order at the drive through today but the speaker kept breaking up and the sun was in my face so hard to see the board so I asked price for 8 pieces of chicken after trying understand her with the speaker breaking up she got snippy and said you want to come inside. I told her no I would just go back to legs and thighs bucket and she said no since I didn’t want to go inside. I walk with a cane and didn’t want to do that. Extremely rude! That’s the last time I go there again! Horrible employees.
