I am leaving this review for the KFC in Irmo South Carolina. This is not a food review but a formal complaint. KFC offered an 8 piece free chicken if you ordered 15$ or more. They didn’t honor that as they don’t participate. I cancelled my 17$ order in store and was told I would have to call to get a refund as the order was placed in the app. Which I did. Decided on KFC instead of Bojangles. Big mistake. Tried their new menu for 7 dollar box this was around 330. U could tell chicken was not fresh. Taste like left over from lunch. Ordered 2 boxes .very small chicken strips tiny biscuit small amount of mashed potatoes. Took 6 times of repeating order for this. Wanted ketchup for dip. They left it out. This place needs a new management!!! Cold chicken is unacceptable especially with a half hour wait
Night Shift does not know how to make chicken they stop making their chicken at 7 so they don’t have to clean up at the end of their shift. I suggest hiring new people because this KFC at night ain’t it.
