I used the app to order. The app told me when to pick it up. I was on time but still waited another 20 minutes. I got in my car because I was now late. When I opened the box the order was wrong…I got white meat - I ordered dark. I don’t like white meat chicken. The biscuit was completely destroyed. A simple order totally messed up. The employees seemed like they working hard and really trying. But leadership and training must be lacking.
We went through the drive through around and were charged for item we did not order. They would not refund us the money. I called the manager they said there was nothing we could do about it and they don't do refunds. I asked for the store manager and they said they could not give that information out. Brenda who claims she is a manager should be fired! Horrible service. Double check your order before you pay. They don't have screens so you can see.

WHY IS IT SO HARD? THE FOOD IS ALREAD MADE.. JUST SERVE IT! IM Not a fan of kiosk. 2nd edit... no mt. Dew and for the sake of god, put someone in charge of the cash register! Im standing here at the counter waiting for someone to take my order.. money laying on the counter. Employee just looked at me and my money and walked away.
