Ordered online and went thru to pick it up and was told they didn't have an order for me and that I would have to go thru the app to get a refund. Then they told me to pull ahead and there wasn't any cars behind me. So I went in and showed manager (I assume) it said "order ready to pick up" on my phone, after she ignored me and went to the restroom. Then she finally came to the counter and looked at my phone and said "Oh. It's right here." What awful service. And customer service is very poor as well

Waited almost half an hour for a sandwich, 3 biscuits, and some potato wedges. I was given pickles and mayonnaise on my sandwich (I ordered it plain). I also was not given a receipt
Lately asking for extra crispy chicken is hard to get. 3 out of 5 times there was a 25 minute wait. I can't wait that if I'm on a schedule.
Awful place. Filthy doorways, floors, counters and bathroom. Sink was a cold trickle, so how clean could employees hands be? No ice at the pop dispenser, no carbonation and warm beverages.
