Akil Steele caused my worst restaurant experience ever. He hid in the back while all this happened. We even yelled into the back that we wanted the manager, he never came up to discuss it. So the cashier was who we dealt with, which may have been the manger. Who knows, no one had a name tag except for the guy hiding in the back.
