First off we get our food and our biscuits looked like they were smashed on the box, I also ordered strawberry creamcheese poppers and they were raw, so I nicely asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds.. she gave me another box of them and they were the exact same.. not impressed.. 6$ for raw dough..
While ordering our food the person at the counter seemed disinterested in helping up then we wait nearly 15 mins for our food. When we final did get it a different person behind the counter tossed on the counter and said "Here ya go" with an attitude. For a 15 min wait our food was cold and stale. It was the most disgusting food I've ever had from KFC. While we were waiting another group who had an issue with their order got brushed off by the manager and told the customer they could get a managers number off the front door.... read more
