Not even sure who was working besides the guy moping the dining area. They seriously told us they were... ready for this... out of napkins. They did have the brown colored paper towel roll behind the counter but we're not offering even one tiny little corner. Wife went back to our car and grabbed some taco bell napkins we had. You coming to KFC remember.... KFC is BYON.
Yet another update: Service is terrible! I'm tired of being told, "we don't have any chicken," or the employees giving me white meat when I order a dark meat bucket. Um, hello!! Is this not a CHICKEN restaurant?? I guess not...my money is going to be spent somewhere else. Update: Try the fries!!! Holy yummy!!! 😋 I usually share fries from other restaurants, but I refuse to share these fries 🍟 The buffet is closed permanently, which I understand. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Then I got this order...the food is simply not good. The tenders aren't seasoned at all and aren't crunchy, the corn is tough, the potatoes are goofy, there wete no utensils, AND they got the sauces wrong on my order. If you want "good ol kfc" DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE SLOW AND THE FOOD SUCKS
