Not even sure who was working besides the guy moping the dining area. They seriously told us they were... ready for this... out of napkins. They did have the brown-colored paper towel roll behind the counter, but we're not offering even one tiny little corner. My wife went back to our car and grabbed some Taco Bell napkins we had. You're coming to KFC, remember... KFC is BYON. Supposedly buffet may be back at KFC before too long.
Always have the worst experience with this KFC and I keep going back thinking maybe they just had a bad day or a bad group the evening. Im new to the town of Bluffton and two different times going there to get family meals to take home for dinner and they literally tell me they are out of chicken? Today went through the drive through and ordered for me, girlfriend and two kids. Get home to find out they forgot the kids meals. That should of been given before any "adult meal??? Will never go back
Horrible service I was there for 1hr and 10 the food was cold, I will not be back
I ordered from my car, they asked me to park and said they would bring my order to my car. They brought orders to others who were waiting, even those who arrived after me. I showed them my ticket and they said, "Excuse me, we'll be right back." After a 15-minute wait, being the only one there, I went inside the restaurant. There was no one to attend because everyone was on a break as if there were no pending orders, they just said they was working on my order and I waited even longer.
