We come from Decatur In. To the store in Bluffton and we order our chicken but no wings and we get wings. Okay this was a bad visit and im not sure why, maybe the staff is just not committed to thier jobs today. But today 3/12/2026 @ 3:00 p.m. me and my wife went to get an 8pc bucket. Issue 1. two of my chicken wings looked deformed and broken and where drenched in grease literally dripoing off it, completely inedible. 2. No utensils or napkins in the bag. How am I supposed to eat mashed potatoes and coleslaw with no spoon? 3. I asked and clarified at the drive threw for dipping sauce and honey for the biscuits. Now its my fault... read more
