I will say the food was hot but definitely made in oil that needed filtered. My fiancee ordered a 3 piece and was told it would be an 8 minute wait and then he was forgotten about for 20 mins. I stopped eating my food because the flies were landing in my face and on my food. This place has gone downhill drastically. Sad to see it in this shape.
Dining room, doors, windows, filthy!! Soda fountain area looked like it hadn't been cleaned ....ever! When we left four employees were outside SMOKING! If you absolutely must have KFC from Bluffton, IN, don't go inside
I went here on May 24th, 2026 I got a big order but that shouldn't matter. They didn't give me my 8 biscuits with the bucket meal I ordered. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and call them and then they didn't even answer the phone. It's crazy how you spend decent amount of money and don't get everything you ordered or even an answer on the phone to try to make it right. KFC - Bluffton is great. But it's a shame that they got rid of their lunch and dinner buffet. My dad and mom used to love it, before it was gone.
