ive seen a few food reviewers put KFC extra crispy up against Popeyes and they claimed KFC was better so i had to try them both at the same time..and i really thought this would be alot closer than it was..but this was easy..Popeyes by a mile..KFC 3 out of 10..Popeyes 9 out of 10..they brought back the popcorn chicken..they shouldnt have..mid at best..the chicken tenders were like trying to eat a piece of rubber..the yound lady that took our order was very nice and helpful..dont waste your time coming here if you want good c... read more
Had our money in hand still when they knew they had no chicken for our order and it took them over twenty minutes to figure out how to do a refund in their cash register. They could have continued with the refund in the system after they returned our two twenties and the one dollar bill. Instead we had to pull around and park. Then I had to stand there and wait even longer for them to figure out how to work their system when our cash was still in their hands. Needed training is a must.
Ordered online. Was given a pickup time and then arrived to pickup and no chicken. Given a choice to take extra crispy and no, not what I ordered. So I either had to go back online and ask for a refund or wait another 20 minutes. Does this place not know it’s right after work and they should have fresh chicken made and waiting for online orders. And the ladies bathroom is out of order so had to use the men’s and of course there was no toilet paper. Have no idea if the food is going to be good or not. So didn’t give any stars
