The manger was rude, the person making the food took so long, the other employees coming in purposely ignored everyone in the lobby and decided to just keep talking in the back of the kitchen, and my order was 20 minutes late and I had to wait an additional 10 just to get my comeback sauce because the employees purposely ignored everyone in the lobby, I haven't been here in months and I can certainly say it's just as bad if not worse than last time
I was there today around 7:30ish the poor workers were trying so hard and the other people were being so rude I hope they know they are doing really well and hope they don’t take a couple rude people to heart. Food was good, they need to paint the small curb in front coming from the drive-threw.
I wish there was an option to leave no stars because this business does not deserve any. The management of this establishment is the BIGGEST joke. They do not listen, they do not care, they do not understand how to be in a management position. They are lazy and incompetent. KFC would be better off replacing ALL the managers and starting over with people who actually care. The service industry is not the place for them. The entire store is dirty.
