Filthy!! The employees were too busy getting their Chinese food from a friend at the front counter rather than cleaning or doing their actual jobs. Multiple people complaining at the same time. Lady came in from the drive thru complaining about her order and was promised some free biscuits, by the end of her transaction she was having to ask for the free biscuits she was promised

I talk to you, owner of this kfc in Joplin: if you don’t want to make it work, then sale it to another person that can run it and fix this mess. This is an absolute chaos. They never have average items like fies or coleslaw. As a delivery driver, I need affordable places to go eat in my breaks. Sale this before is to late for you to get some money back from this awful sealed business.

I’ve been here before and just like the times before had a very upsetting experience. We waited 15 min for our food with no explanation as to why or an apology for the wait, got none of the sauces we asked for and ontop of it all there was a hair stuck in the breading of my chicken.

It’s genuinely impossible for this restaurant to give out napkins, silverware, and sauces. I have to constantly drive back up after checking the bag that has none of those items. Fast food isn’t rocket science and it’s basic instructions. Could somebody teach the employees to add the proper items to the bags.
