Always check your order before driving away... Ordered a 3 piece, 2 thighs and a drum, they only gave me 2 pieces... 1 of each, when I told him, he knew exactly what was missing and gave me my other thigh... Food was Luke warm, tasteless and only got 5 wedges with my order as a side... Highly disappointing, won't be back
How this place can continue to operate with the complete lack of customer service is beyond me. If you cannot comprehend English, perhaps you should not work the drive through. Then to be rude and arrogant about it, the Colonel would be rolling in his grave!
Old lady is so rude here and yelled chicken is not ready yet it will be 12 minutes ok not my fault, the guy is nice but the lady is not and threw my food at me, so very rude and messed my order up to
half of my order was wrong and i didn’t get the drinks i ordered, no mashed potatoes, no biscuits, etc. don’t come here, it’s a waste of time and money.
Got there 2 hours before closing was told Its only to go..which is fine I guess but my chicken was cold and stale. The sides were stale dry and nasty and in general its like they didnt really care? Or had just..mentally closed already even tho closing wasnt for hours.. not a great experience.
