To go order, was correct. Food was tasty.
Terrible customer service, outdated signage, not clean, and drive through female was very rude. This place deserves a zero. I was afraid to eat the food after the lack of professionalism from this location. The franchise owner has to know how bad it is with the reviews that keep getting posted. I will not be back.
Old lady in the drive thru was so rude. Mean mugging and all. Actually spoiled my appetite. Im sure she's not the only one either with 0 customer service.
I often drive past and wonder if this location is still open. After finally stopping by, I see why business is slow. The service or lack of service makes the customer feel as if they are interrupting the workers. I can't tell you how long I stood at the register waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. I was ignored by two employees. When I finally spoke up and asked if I could at least place my order, they got upset saying they didn't see me. Very unfortunate.
