If you are reading this. Go to another KFC. I thought people were lying when they said they never had chicken available. It’s TRUE!! Took more than half an hour to receive my meal after I placed it online 16min before coming in. Customer service is also really bad.
The African American lady that works during 12:48pm is very nasty and rude and I don’t play when my food is given by someone with no manners or home training poor customer service and just ignorant with poor energy! This is The third time I come purchase food from here and the same lady is really rude. No customer service at all. I even complimented her on her blue nails and she ignored me and had a long balled up face.
This place should be closed. I understand it’s difficult to find and keep good employees but you can do better than this. I’m betting they don’t pay enough. From the counter to the kitchen they are all terrible. Rude, can’t get an order right and the food that does come out is terrible. Management, and or ownership should be ashamed of themselves for letting the place even open the way it is. At all costs stay away. Go anywhere else. Gas station food is a step up.
