Showed up before 9 ordered a 2 piece $5 deal and took 20 minutes waiting. Someone after me got their huge order before me I just left. Terrible customer service
Would give it a 0 off the strength of how long you are waiting in the drive through for someone to just say hello and let’s not talk about waiting at the window for your food.
Stopped after the lunch rush was over. No one answered me in the drive thru..not so much as a "we'll be with you in a minute," no reply. Went inside and no one came to the counter to take my order. The cooking area was busy i get that, but no one was even looking at the counter to make sure customers could order. Left. Spent money elsewhere.
My hair is light color.. and I found a black hair in my chicken sandwich.. this is disgusting.. never again.. service bad
