Ordered honey BBQ wings and they gave me hot wings so hot I couldn't even eat them. The biscuit was stale and undercooked. I called for a credit and of course I couldn't get through.
Service slow, they ignore you when you walk in as if you are not there and food never ready when app says it is.
It's sad that this place is very unprofessional at every aspect. From the service to the food this place is ran by ignorance and lack of respect & knowledge about how to deal with customers. I'm sure this franchise will be ending soon. I've made an order for just 3 things and had 9 Uber eats drivers turned away because of the ignorance of the women there, they lie and play games I cancel the order the first time then reorder and got the same thing so I contacted corporate and BBB .
