The food here is decent, and in my experience the staff is usually fine when doing drive thru orders. This time I had to do an in store order and unfortunately, my visit on the evening of 7/19/2026, around or after 8:00 p.m., was different. I waited almost if not over 15 minutes for the fries to finish cooking, while my chicken sat waiting. this is the worst KFC I've ever been to not only do they don't acknowledge you're in the restaurant but they screw up your damn order and make you wait in drive-thru 35 minutes and then when you come inside they still messed it up

I ordered KFC on DoorDash last night to try to unwind after a busy day. I placed my order around 10pm. I got a text from my dasher at 10:37 saying that he was told from the KFC workers that they’re “closed” and threw all the food out. I was super annoyed and confused. So I decided to go online and see what time they close, it said 11pm. So I called the store to inquire about this.
