Placed an order on line. Came in location when the app told me it was ready. I was told to wait a 1/2 hour. Waited for 45 minutes for an order that the app said it was ready. I was told at location to wait an additional 1/2 to 1 full hour for food. This approach of service is not approval for return service. You lost a customer for this location & will be posting this situation on the Internet.
Absolute worst! Manager was rude and disrespectful to customers and staff is incompetent.
Every Tuesday is a wait or 30 ,40 or an hour to buy the 8 pieces chicken for 10 dollars this is my third time going and never get anything and when we ask for something else is always is going be a minute....very rude
