I dont typically write reviews plus its fast food but the messed my order up so bad. I just wanted chicken stripes and my sister ordered a box. I'm lactose intolerant and the only thing I got was 2 massive size Mac and cheese and a quesadia. I didn't know that was what she was handing me so when I asked for ranch the lady kinda laughed at me. CHECK UR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
Place sucks they take forever you waste more gas in line then anything and management likes to act like the young staff they have working here. Just so unorganized
The food was awful. It tasted old and stale. The extra crispy was dry and very hard. The staff had on dirty aprons and no hand washing observed. It is expensive. However not the KFC I would visit any more.
This place is Racists and denied my mother and I service. Not only that we were rushed, asked to have my order repeated and the price and she said I just told you. I asked for her name and managers name and corporates name and she denied me service. Had to go inside and ask several employees who just waved there hands at me to finally one to give me a manger first name Gabby and Corporates number was unable to give me. I ordered a sugar-free coffee, but what I received not only had sugar, but an excessive amount of it. If you can't provide the right food for your customers, don't put it on the menu, as it can be fatal to some customers with certain health conditions.
