I’ve tried this KFC a couple different times yesterday February 13 at 9:40 PM I attempted to order some food when I came to the drive-through, there was no greeting. I was asked what I wanted and then told to come to the window when I came to the window. Customer service was absolutely terrible! I walked out because the girl didn’t take my order correctly and had to ask her manager to come help. I waited until I saw her not acknowledge her so I left and will not return! It’s Maryland Fried chicken from now on.
Food and staff were great
Love their chicken tenders. But they forgot to put my sauce. The chicken burger is also good
That woman charged me a lot of money. She also charged me extra money! … She took the money. She didn’t wash her hands before she ate my chicken wings. It’s very unhygienic! .They forgot the extra sauce I bought … I went home. The takeout was cold. I didn't want to go out again. But then my chicken wouldn't taste good. … The chicken is delicious! But the cashier! Need training. No greeting. No smile. She must not like her job.
