Went to drive through waited like over 10 minutes, the chicken was cold, they forgot my sides and went back and dealt with a very rude Man ,Abdul he was very Curt with me and I wanted a refund he would not do it . I did not like his attitude and the food is disgusting. I went in the other day I noticed bugs on the floor and possibly will not come back here again

They really need to get rid of the KFC locations in Washtenaw county because they are all awful. This one specifically opens at 11 and when I pull up they say they're not prepared and to give them 15-20 minutes. Waste of time.
It takes actual effort to provide service this slow. They could have pulled in random people off the street and put them to work with zero training and I would have received my order faster. They weren't busy and there were multiple people wandering around in the back. The wandering around is perhaps a big part of the problem. No one seemed to actually be at a station doing work.
