I ordered the new twisters cuz they looked good they gave me what they wanted to give me not what I ordered & it was sloppy
I stopped by KFC today. Kobie offered great customer service. He was upbeat and courteous. I wanted a pot pie and he gave me a heads up that it would be about 12 minutes before they would be ready. I agreed to wait, so he offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. I really appreciated the great customer service and I enjoyed my fresh pot pie.
I placed an online order and went to pick it up, but they told me they were out of ingredients and asked me to cancel the order. If you don’t have the items, why accept the order in the first place? When I asked how to cancel it, the employee said they didn’t know how either, which was honestly shocking. On top of that, the store felt dirty and very disorganized. Overall, a really frustrating experience and very unprofessional.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered my food at 8:47pm and the website said it would be done at 8:52pm. When I arrived around 9:05pm the doors were locked despite the restaurant closing almost an hour later at 10pm. When I went through the drive through they told me to pull up and park despite there being no cars behind me in the drive through.
