went to this location around 9 and the sign on the door says it’s open until 10, the lobby was locked. so i went through the drive through i ordered a chicken sandwich with potatoes. my chicken texture was very dry, hard, old tasting. the bun was stale and rough. there was one person working there looked like the manager he didn’t give me a fork for my potatoes or napkins. NEVER go here worst food experience EVER.
Went there at about 8:45pm ish (says they close at 10 online and on their sign) the lobby was locked with no sign so then we went through the drive through and there was not a soul in line. Ordered our food and only received 1 fork and no sauce for any of our tenders. Chicken sandwich tasted like it was 3 days old!! Very upset. Appeared only 1 person working!!
Ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and two spicy chicken sandwiches. 4 sandwiches. All of them were spicy chicken. Didn’t realize an order of 4 sandwiches was that difficult, but I guess so.
Employees are not willing to help if they mess up you order heads up
