I think it's manager protocol to train the employees to never give ranch with the chicken tenders. They do it religiously at the Cathedral City location (they religiously never give dip sauce when ordered) and at this Indio location the same thing. Very disappointing.
Sign says on the front of the door that they open at 10:00 a.m. it's 10:24 and they're still not open employees inside refuse to come to the door and say why they're not open
