Manager Arlene is extremely rude and has an absolutely horrible attitude. Was told to move to the front which we refused because they always get the order wrong and there were no cars behind me. And from there she got an attitude saying what difference does it make staying in line or the front and what if they got the order wrong. I said that's why I would rather stay in line because I dont want to be getting off or getting in line again.
