Lousy irresponsible workers who can't pack an online paid order for pickup. I paid almost $90 for our pickup meal. Got home and was not happy when I didn't see the 8 biscuits that came with my 16pc meal missing. I got the 4 biscuits for the 8pc meal i ordered but it looked like they were smashed together. I took pictures! Also missing was my large coleslaw and my large green beans! Over $10 worth of food the employees cheated me on. Twice I've gone there, and they don't have an item. What's going on? It was today. I went at 7:10. I ordered a family meal. The guy kept saying he couldn't hear me on the intercom, and then was like, "Okay, I'll get 16 pieces of original chicken because we don't have original chicken." It was 7:10 p.m. on a Saturday.
Please don’t waste your hard earned money. Chicken is horrible. Very low quality meat. Color was tan gray. Smelled and tasted off.Heavy with grease and slimy texture.I don’t know what happened to KFC! This was always my favorite now it’s my worst. Gave it to the dogs.
