Since when did not acknowledging the walk in customers become customary. I understand the addition of kiosk ordering to 'speed' things up, but completing ignoring someone when they are at the counter is not acceptable. At least have someone responsible for managing the front counter instead of everyone hiding in the back.
Waited 45 minutes NO EXAGGERATION. Chicken had sticky white stuff all over it. Mashed potatoes were completely cold. Had to stand at front for ANOTHER 15 minutes just to get the drinks that we ordered to begin with. Everyone else waiting and complaining.
Placed an order through the app at 5:15pm for pickup at 7:30pm. Arrived at 7:23pm and was told that it would be another 35-45 minutes for my order due to lots of orders. I'm pretty sure most, if not all, of those orders were placed after I placed mine, but I get to wait for those people to receive their orders first. WOW!
Did a drive through order and the guy taking our order audibly got annoyed. There was nobody in the drive through and maybe 4 vehicles in the parking lot, so it wasn't busy. Then when he brought the food out to the vehicle he basically threw the food at us. After all that I got home and was missing a tenders for a meal but got the fries...
