Shout out to Gage and Zane. I called at 9:00pm and asked for two chicken pot pies. Gage answered and said he could have them ready in 22 minutes. He was professional and even though I’m sure he’d had a long shift he wanted to make sure that he could fulfill my order. Zane welcomed me at the drive thru and was simply an amazing young man. Super polite and professional. This type of customer service is so uncommon these days and I wanted to share. Thank you to the whole Post Falls KFC team!
Great food. I miss the chicken/salad bar they had.
This is hands down the best KFC I have been to and I have been to a lot the food is always fresh and yummy the employees are always friendly not one time have i had rude services keep up the grate work and the fresh food
The chicken here is always crispy and flavorful, just the way I love it! The service was friendly and quick, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. Can't wait to come back for more of those famous biscuits!
