If I could give-6 stars I would. The service SUCKS I cannot even begin to say. How angry I am. This is actually my second time ordering online the first time I waited well after the time for pickup I still had to wait 20 more minutes this time I ordered 20 minutes in advance and I got there on time and he said they were not finished total 1 hour I had to wait for what they said would be 5-15 minutes and then had the audacity to joke and say it'll be 16 more hours. Ordered online just to get there and they didn't have the order but since I was hungry and worked all day I went on the app and cancelled it and placed the order through drive thru. Just to get very over cooked dry chicken for $10 more then what was shown online($21 online-$31 at the store) Very very disappointing experience.
Awesome custimer service. Very polite.
Always come to this KfC bcus is the closer to my house but always I had to wait 30 minutes for them to cook the chicken for my order, normal I buy two family meals, they never have ready the chicken cook.
