absolutely sucked, the staff are horrible they they don’t help out, dirty tables, and horrible service
After the last 3 visits here being fails in one form or another it's time to post a review. First time, no white meat original recipe OR crispy, at dinner time around 6pm. Said they wouldn't have any later either. I left and went all the way to the one out 1093. They were great and said what happened never should have. Second time, I ordered extra sides and they charged me for them but didn't put them in the bag. And the mashed potatoes I'd asked to have the gravy separate, didn't. This is my favorite place. The hospitality is great.
Some of our team and practice players came in for a celebration after finishing a 6 game win streak. We were greeted by the staff including the GM with hospitality and open arms. The service was amazing. Our team name is “Katy Fc (Football Club)
