The food was tasty and the chicken was cooked just right, but the service could definitely use some improvement. I found the staff a bit rushed and they missed my order for extra biscuits. Overall, a decent experience, just needs smoother service.

I get orders from here the famous bowl hardly has any contents and the pot pies are dry and overcooked.. The first review was 2 years ago here's an update. The only thing that has changed is the prices. Price went up food quality took an even harder drop got a famous bowl couldn't eat it more gravy than mashed potatoes the couple of pieces of chicken was soggy . It's ridiculous how they allow this food to served.

This is easily the worst KFC in South Hill. As a delivery driver, this location is a nightmare. They constantly close earlier than their posted hours, and they are almost always out of chicken or key menu items. Because of their poor management, I am forced to cancel orders repeatedly, which directly damages my courier rating. It’s incredibly unprofessional and a waste of time for both drivers and customers. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere."

1. Mom specifically wanted KFC original for Mother’s Day because crunchy food is hard for her to eat and original is soft enough to manage 2. The pic attached is what they sold me. 3. I called to complain and they said they could only replace it 4. I drove back for fresh chicken only to be told they were not cooking any more chicken that night. It was 7:45. They were supposed to close at 10.
