Do not waste your money here. The food is terrible and they give the tiniest portion. Ordered an individual mashed potatoes and gravy and given half. The chicken is so dry and you can tell it just sits reheated all day.
Workers will sit in the back and stand and watch people stand waiting for help some staff are very rude waited an hour for my order didn’t even get my full order they gave me half and just threw random items in that I didn’t even order. Yall need to train your staff better this is very disappointing.food looks and tastes like it’s been sitting out for 3 days.
Picked up dinner tonight. It was awful! The chicken was overcooked and dry. The bread for the sandwich was hard in places like it was stale or left under a heat lamp too long. I haven’t stopped by this location in over a year and I definitely won’t be back!
Went here on 6/29/2026 at 8:30pm. My brother wanted KFC for his dinner after Dialysis. Went through the Drive thru. Placed an order for build a box for $20.00. Half original and half crispy. With 2 coleslaw and 2 potatoes wedges with biscuits. Well the coleslaw and biscuits were fine but the wedges were old and crispy not very warm and the chicken was very old. I couldn't even eat it. I wouldn't even give this to my dog it was that bad. Not going back. Should have read the reviews.
The food was tasty and the chicken was cooked just right, but the service could definitely use some improvement. I found the staff a bit rushed and they missed my order for extra biscuits. Overall, a decent experience, just needs smoother service.
