After a horrible customer service at the Wendy's across the road we came to taco bell and had the best interaction with the cashier Shea . The kids told her about our horrible experience and she did an amazing job at making the kids feel good about the experience and was the supreme example of good customer service. She made the kids night they felt heard and cared about.
Worst experience at this location. Nothing was fresh. Very small portions. Didn’t receive some of my order. When I went back for fresh wedges because they were hard as a rock they immediately handed me another bag with more rock hard wedges after asking for them to make them fresh. Didn’t get my sauces or potato poppers with gravy. Spent $50 and my kids were still hungry because of half full containers and old food. With the price of everything especially food this just isn’t acceptable. I’ll never eat at this location again... read more
