Now I normally Love me some KFC. I mean who doesn't like Chicken right. But the last time I went there I got me a 2 pc. Meal with a side and a drink. I didn't care for it this time I don't think the chicken was cooked all the way but my puppy sure loved it. Now will I quit eating there permanently NO . This would be the first time I ever gotten a bad meal there. I love there coleslaw it's the best by far and the mac and chez yummy .. We just stopped there for dinner at 8pm and all the food was nasty and for sure was sitting. The coleslaw had an after taste so we had to throw it away. The fries tasted like burnt old oil, the chicken was double fried, the Mac n cheese was crusted over the top, mashed potatoes were cold, and the biscuits were like rocks… we only live 5 minutes from there and it is expensive to eat there. This is unacceptable.
I placed my order online at 4pm for a 5:30 pick up we arrived at 5:30 the girl in the window said the wings weren't done yet it would be about 5 min. I said that's ok. She ask us to pull up and they would bring it out, we did. 20 minutes later we still did not have the food my husband went in the girl at the counter said she didn't know if it was ready she went to the manager for her to scream i am busy they will have to wait. Very rude the girl in window and at the counter we very professional the manager how ever was not.
Just like every single thing in Warren Ohio it’s absolutely terrible. This town literally can’t do anything right it’s pathetic.
This is the most dirtiest place I’ve been in and I’m from the south side of Chicago! Absolutely gross. Then the man that was working there had his son and daughter sitting at a table on their phones and the girl was coughing non stop WITHOUT covering her mouth! This is a place you serve food at your kids should have never been there while sick! How did the manager allow this? Why hasn’t the floor been mopped what looked liked in several months?
