Dirty floors, leftover food on the tables. Order that was placed at 03:45pm via app for 05:45pm pick-up wasn't ready until 06:10pm. Staff that don't pay any attention.
3/30 staffing: management needs to do better with staffing there were only 2 workers for a dinner rush. There was another family ahead of us complaining how they didn't get their food right away, our family understood it wasn't the employees fault they really were trying. My husband got 3 breast the staff member let us know it was going to take an extra 15 minutes we waited in total maybe 30-40 minutes again due to them having 2 staff members during a dinner rush we understood it's not the staffs fault. Very clean restaurant with friendly staff , delicious food too
I ordered, was not given a receipt and was told to pull into the parking lot and someone would bring my food out. After 30 minutes I went inside to see where my order was. The place was filthy. Employees did not appear to be doing anything and were all miserable.
Placed a mobile order and had the alert it was done 5 minutes later. Spent 25 minutes in the store waiting for it to be finished. Chicken sandwich was cold, served my mac and cheese on wax paper. Didn't even put a spork or sauces in the bag. $25.00 worth of garbage. I should of known just walking in it would be bad. Employees too worried about gossiping and rapping in the air pods to even care about the customer. Never again.
