Not sure why this KFC has such a bad rating. I went there, and the experience was pretty chill! The atmosphere was nice, and I had no major issues during my visit. Honestly, it was a good experience overall. Must’ve had terrible management before.
Extremely slow service. Dirty. No utensils or napkins. Will not return.
Scheduled order not available for pick up, due to missing ingredients. Told by associate it would take 30 minutes and canceling the order was not possible. I left without my order or $$ - cooperate customer service promised a refund - so I left - no refund to date (3 days later!!!!). Customers beware!!!!
