Went there around 11am in the drive thru. The "gentleman" on the speaker said "Aye we ain't takin orders on da drive thru! U gota come in!" .. "what?" I replied. "Yo I said u gota come in! We aint taking No orders on the drive thru you hear me?" , rude. That whole staff deserves to be fired. There was no reason what so ever they couldn't take any drive thru orders, he was just being lazy and knew we'd drive off.
I ordered 2 family meals came to 76 bucks it was a disaster from the start. Lost my order took a hour to make it didn’t have Cole slaw but not their fault. Told me my order was wrong but then found it finally and figured it out because they misread it this is why I told them to take their time but pay attention maybe have more staff and have receipt paper in the kiosk not sure what could help but never had this problem here until today the staff wasn’t rude just annoyed
