Service is terrible! I ordered online and arrived when the app said it would be ready. I pull to the drive-thru window and was told they were waiting on fries. No big deal. Who doesn’t want hot fresh fries? They asked me to pull up to the waiting area. I waited for over 20 minutes and finally called the store to make sure they hadn’t forgotten me.
