Its a very tired franchise. The original recipe is still what it always has been and I need to do something to bring new life into the product. The Krispie recipe just doesn't compete with places like Church's Chicken which is a much better crisp. The biscuits are lacking also compared to Church's Chicken. The one thing they don't need to change is the coleslaw. This location was the ordinary kfc. The staff was not particularly Pleasant just simply throwing food out the window to everybody.
The fried chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy. Friendly staff, they cook to order, so it's fresh and delicious. The only complaint was the table was little dirty.

They have the worst manager that I have ever seen. She will push you, she will talk down to you. And the saddest part is the upper management thinks she is so perfect that they either refuse to see it or they don’t care how she treats people. The service is horrible and they need to wake up and see how horrible she treats people
