The spicy wings were overcooked. I paid over $8 for this. You all need to do better!
Since my client is near here, I always order some chicken livers here. The food is always hot and delicious .
I waited 25 minutes for a small order while being the only customer for most of that time. The chicken tenders were still cooking when I arrived, but no one prepared the rest of the order while waiting. Communication dropped off halfway through, and there was no apology when the food was finally ready. Staff seemed uncoordinated, which slowed things down unnecessarily. This location could benefit from better training and time management.
Went in today to pick up an online order and the woman on duty at 4:45 p.m. was very rude. I asked about an online order and sge said she didn't see it. I said I have a receipt and her response is i don't go by receipts. Now I understand the order should be on their screen. My only issue is her lack of courtesy. Lack of professionalism. If she is angry about something, which she seems to be, she shouldn't take it out in customers. KFC should change their menu of the chicken nuggets to pebbles. Very tiny. But they are the perfect size for a two year old child.
