A large amount of food was missing from our order. We called and mentioned this and the employee was rude and stated “That’s odd because I am 100% sure I put that in there myself”. I replied with I am also 100% sure we didn’t receive it. He then stated he would have to check the cameras so I told him please do!!! After complaining and driving 30 minutes round trip with 3 kids they did give us the missing items only to have half our order cold. Made online order.ordered for 4 people so total was almost $80. Got there and an item was missing and when I asked they said we dont know what that is. Fought with them to refund me on it and they finally did. After telling them they shorted me $2 they “found” the item in the back.
