My boyfriend and I TRIED to eat at this location at Williamson Rd in Roanoke. We walked in and looked at the menu before walking up to the register to order. There were 4-5 people working. I work food service so am generally easy going and understanding about how busy it can get. We waited for about 10 minutes and not one single person working acknowledged us. Several looked over at us and kept working. We decided to leave and go to a different KFC. 10 minutes of being ignored is wild. A “be right with you” goes a long way.
I got an eight piece nuggets. Totally AWFUL. Hard and dry as a rock. Can't believe they would serve them to anyone. No quality control at this restaurant. Never again
Nice employees clean quiet restaurant had an issue and they fixed happily no questions.
