We had to wait 15 minutes just fir the food to still be old and cold . Management is no help they're just there for a check

I drove through to get dinner for the family. Ordered a bucket of Extra Crispy, three sides and an order of nuggets. They didn't have a whole bucket of EC, and told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I said I could wait. 45 minutes later, I drove through again to inquire about my order. They told me that they were frying more nuggets, and it would be ready in about five minutes. The food was finally delivered 14 minutes later.
