The two girls working the front on 8/26/25 tonight were extremely rude and were mocking my voice and appearance right in front of me as if I wasnt there. Not sure what caused this to happen other than their desire to bully a disabled person. Major issues here and we will not be back after buying food for my family from here for almost 20 years. Its disgusting that they are even employed with such a disposition towards people with disabilities.
This is my 2nd bad experience with kfc recently. Last time my mashed potatoes were still powder..and this time they gave me black chicken. Literally black. Not just a little burnt..Not sure what happened to this place but lately it hasn't been the greatest..
Staff is always professional and courteous
Service has really improved here. Food has gone down hill.
