Ordered on Uber and there were hairs found everywhere on the order. Ate 2 with my Mac n cheese as extra seasoning. On top of the fact that half my order was wrong anyway despite the uber order being right on the sticker they sealed the bag with... called to let them know and they let the phone ring and second time calling they straight up hung up. Tenders were also overcooked. Got nausea, disappointment, and disgust for dinner

I ordered a 3-piece meal with thighs and legs, but instead I received a poorly breaded breast and some wings. The chicken tasted old and clearly did not seem fresh. On top of that, the boxes were soaked in grease and were in terrible condition. This has happened to me more than once at this location. Order KFC through uber eats. When I arrived to pick up I was informed by the staff that they don’t have the item I ordered if I would like a replacement. I said no and asked for them to cancel so I’m able to get a refund through the app. They told me they were unable to cancel and that I would have to cancel on my end. Es increíble después de esperar como 7 min en el servicio carro ahora me manda después que pago no me dicen que la comida se va a tardar me manda a el parking 15 min para entregarme una comida esto es inaseptable y cuando le pregunto a el muchacho dice que le entraron muchos pedidos y el restaurante está básio no entiendo espero que esto llegue donde los supervisores por qué no entiendo por qué esperar tanto
