It's seems the flavor of the chicken and the gravy has changed and it's not good. Also, left out a piece of chicken from the order.
6:20 pm placed order in drive thru. Finally got to the windows at 6:28 pm. Was told it would take 18 minutes for the extra crispy chicken, so we said we would wait. We were told to park and someone would bring our order to us. We park, waited 25 minutes noticed cars still coming after we placed our order and they were getting food and leaving.
