Y'all REALLY don't want my honest review of this KFC. Short version:If something you have on your menu is unavailable then say so when I order that its unavailable. Do not let me wait 20min in a line, then pay for my meal to then turn around 2min later and tell me it's going to be another 20min to make something. It's very simple. I hope today's issues were just poor planning or kitchen staff error. Will try again another day, but as of March 30th 2025 very disappointed.
Very poor management and don't go to KFC because the manager's the store manager and the assistant manager are so rude and disrespectful also very poor customer service as well I will never come to KFC again, The food was terrible and never on time, Plus the bathrooms were nasty because me and my friends came for a visit and my friends said nobody cleans the bathrooms and they almost got sick and threw up
Slowest "fast food" restraunt in the area. Food is fine, sometimes over cooked, but I wouldnt go if you're in a hurry. Theres no reason it should take 30min to get through 2 cars. Either super under staffed, or the staff they have are just not efficient.
