This is a well staffed, greatlly managed restaurant. The restrooms where spotless and it was not over crowded. The staff was couteous and had an eye for detail. The bar was fully stocked and everything was fresh. In the matter of the CHICKEN FEATHERS. The chicken is not prosessed in Weaverville or Farmed there. In other words, call the Nationall Branch, its there problem. This is a wonderfull establishment, and I have ate there many times, and never seen a feather, but I suppose i'm not an Asheville Yuppi, wanna be credtic.

The drive-thru was running what seemed to be very slow then when I got to the window I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes before my food would be ready. Luida went above and beyond to make my inconvenience and dinner be what I expected and more. She was friendly, apologetic, and pleasingly offered up a close substitute that was more than satisfactory to me. This is not the first time this has happened. I have had two bad issues with this KFC. There has been feathers on the wings, and today I got the new Smokey Chipole Chicken I got the 8 piece meal and when I was giving my daughter a wing sure enough there were still feathers on the wing. I do not understand why or how this could happen. Do the employees not look at the chicken before they put on the coating?
