Very unprofessional, saying huh in every item, no hi, no thank you, not even a smile, Miss Blue Hair at the drive thru was so rude. Had to repeat my order 4 times. No more for me.

We just got 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides, biscuits, and 2 sodas. We asked for coleslaw, potatoes and gravy, and corn. We got no coleslaw, but extra potatoes and no extra gravy, and corn. No honey or butter, no plates to eat there, and had to ask for spoons. The place needs a new manager or a new owner. The chicken was good. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Around 5:00pm on Aug 11, I went through the drive through at the KFC in Hernando. After ordering a 4 piece dinner I was asked if two drumsticks was ok, I said I preferred not to have any drumsticks. That didn’t seem to be a big problem for them . The chicken was perfectly cooked, fresh and hot. I consider this KFC the best in Mississippi. Keep up the great work!!
