We kept telling the lady at the drive through that we could not hear her, but she continued to talk. We had 2 orders. The first one everything was cold. The person that was with me. Wanted her money back. When she went inside she said the place was really dirty, and the manager was rude. She said one of the workers made a comment was she really returning the food. Bad service took 45 minutes to get meal not recommended
I just went through the drive thru on 3/15/25 at 6:40 pm. I ordered the famous bowl and an order of fries. My fries were not fresh at all and when I pulled out the bowl from out of the bag, the lid was opened and not closed all the way.
