Told them my sandwich lacked the sauce. They did not believe me despite me insisting so I went defeated and ate a bland dry sandwich with no visible sauce or any honey/spice flavor at all. The correct response would be to offer more sauce as they clearly missed it or did not put the correct amount as it was regular chicken, dry bread and pickles. Wasted money on a rare fast food trip.
Drive up ordering no longer works if you want the correct order, so hubby went inside yesterday... that wasn't totally correct, either. Plus buscuits weren't totally cooked. Previous 3 times, incomplete or incorrect order. Paying more for less food. What's going on, KFC Union Gap?! We won't go there again.
Extremely rude lady taking and handing out orders, she seemed inconvenienced because she handed me a wrong order. Customer service is a complete joke there.
Ordered a spicy sandwich combo and a 3 piece chicken tender combo. We get to the window and the total is $15, so something isn't adding up, it should've been like $25. We tell the guy at the window and he will NOT listen to us. He had changed our order to a family bowl fill up (??) and the chicken tender fill up — not what we ordered.
